This privacy policy lists what NickFreeFire actually handles: names you type into the name tool are sent to our server to build the styles and are counted in anonymous popular-name statistics, feedback votes are counted, a few settings stay in your browser, and the server keeps short access logs. There is no advertising, no Google Analytics and no tracking cookie.
Names typed into the name tool
When you press the button to style a name, the text goes to the NickFreeFire server so the styles can be generated. The plain text is added to statistics of how often each name is styled per day, with no account, device or IP attached, and is shared with a name-data server run by the same operator so suggestions stay up to date. Popular names can appear on the site. Please do not type phone numbers, UIDs or other private details. To have a name removed from the statistics, email us.
Stored in your browser
Some choices, such as names you saved or squad tag settings, are kept in your browser’s local storage so they are there next time. They never leave your device; clearing site data removes them.
Feedback votes
When you rate a page, we store the total count only. To stop repeated votes, the server keeps a one-way hash of your IP address and the page for one day. Optional notes are stored with the time and page, and only the latest 300 are kept.
Server logs and Cloudflare
Access logs (IP address, time, page, browser) are kept for about 10 days to run and protect the site, then deleted automatically. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes requests including IP addresses and may set a short security cookie when it checks unusual traffic.
Messages to [email protected] are used only to reply and correct the site, and are deleted on request.
Young users
Many Free Fire players are teenagers. The site asks nobody for personal details. A parent who thinks a child sent us personal information can email us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete data about you and withdraw consent; readers in India have these rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Email [email protected] and we answer within 7 days.
